Yes, rates can vary slightly depending on the number of pets in a household or larger breeds requiring more attention during walks. We confirm exact pricing after a short conversation about your pet's needs.

Is there a contract or can I book as needed?

You can book single visits, weekly walks, or monthly care plans without a long-term contract. Many clients start with the Standard Care plan and adjust frequency as needed.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash and bank transfer for our Luxor clients. Payment is typically arranged weekly or monthly depending on the plan you choose.

Can I cancel or reschedule a visit?

Yes, we ask for at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a scheduled walk or sitting visit so we can adjust our team's availability accordingly.

What's included in the pet sitting packages?

Pet sitting includes feeding, fresh water, playtime, and companionship at your home or ours, depending on the plan. Overnight stays and medication reminders are available in the Complete Companion package.

Do you offer a trial visit before committing to a plan?

We recommend starting with a single Starter Walk visit so you can see how we care for your pet before moving to a weekly or monthly plan.
