Confirmed the training schedule for formal table service protocols. Next session covers napkin folds and wine presentation choreography. Awaiting your team’s availability for the practical walkthrough.
Reviewed the botanical tea pairing profiles for the autumn menu. The Lapsang Souchong with roasted game was well received. Please send the updated steeping temperature guide for the jasmine selection.
Draft of the climate metrics for the new cellar is attached. We recommend a split cooling system with vibration isolation. Please confirm the insulation material specs before we finalize the racking layout.
Final report on the sensory training module delivered. Staff feedback was positive, especially on the blind tasting exercises. We will revisit next quarter for a follow-up session on advanced pairings.
The following clauses govern the interpretation of our consulting agreements, training modules, and architectural recommendations. These definitions remove ambiguity and establish a shared framework.
Each module refers to a structured curriculum of no fewer than four sessions, covering table etiquette, service choreography, and guest interaction protocols. Modules are delivered on-site or via supervised remote instruction. Certification is contingent upon successful demonstration of all prescribed techniques.
A pairing profile is a curated selection of non-commercial, single-origin botanical teas matched to a specific seasonal menu. Profiles include steeping parameters, service vessel specifications, and sensory notes. All recommendations are based on chemical compatibility and aromatic harmony, not commercial availability.
Architectural consulting covers the evaluation of existing spaces or the design of new cellars. Deliverables include climate zone mapping, insulation specifications, cooling load calculations, and racking layout plans. Recommendations are advisory; final construction decisions remain the responsibility of the client’s architect or contractor.
